State Sen. Adam Kline (D-37) got in the face of everyone's favorite villian, Tim Eyman, in Olympia yesterday over the 1 percent cap on property taxes.
The incident took place during a special session called by Gov. Christine Gregoire to reinstate Eyman's unconstitutional taxcut initiative.
