“Building Character…Shaping Your Destiny” is the theme of the Central Area Chamber of Commerce’s 26th annual Juneteenth Celebration, with entertainment (hip-hop, rappers, dancers, singers, spoken word), a “Barack Obama Look-a-Like Contest” (for students from kindergarten through college), vendor booths, food, a parade, and more; noon til dusk at Pratt Park, 20th & Yesler.
